PHOTOGRAPHY

Celebrating life and love one smile at a time.

It all started when…

Photography has been such an amazing journey for me. Even in high school, I just loved documenting everything that was going on around me and had a disposable camera with me almost every single day. My senior year they started offering photography as an elective class where I learned how to create a pinhole camera and learn to develop film. Later after I was married and started a family, I ventured into the professional photography world in a Sears Portrait Studio in Bel Air, Maryland. My husband received orders to move us to an isolated Army base in Fort Irwin, California. We packed up our then two kids and headed to this desert location where I would push my own personal photography business. My husband is now retired and we have settled in San Antonio, Texas.

Owner/Photographer based in San Antonio, TX

I have been photographing professionally since 2007. I have had such a wonderful opportunity to capture friends, families, and other individuals all over the United States. Natural light photography helps to make my sessions light, relaxed and enjoyable. My approach to my photo sessions is to photograph you having fun while making new memories. I love chatting it up with my high school seniors about their future plans and goals. I believe that to be the best way to help them be themselves in front of the camera.

When I’m not behind my camera, you can find me in the classroom teaching computers for kindergarten through fourth grade, in the stands of any of my three kids’ sporting events, piled on the couch to watch a family movie or out to a fun dinner. Family time to me is the most important way to spend my free time. I’m also an avid Disney fan. Spoiler, I worked as a Cast Member at the Main Gate Stroller Dept back in 2001.
